Shooters participating in the new Belt Buckle Challenge Series will help get more kids to Camp Wapiyapi! It costs over $2000 to sponsor a kid at camp for a week of fun activities, even though the counselors, nurses and doctors are all volunteers. Campground rental, food, art & crafts, insurance, special events; it all adds up to more expenses than can be covered by bake sales and car washes. So, open your hearts and your wallets to help kids fighting cancer and their siblings get to Camp Wapiyapi by registering for one, two or all three of the NSCA registered shoots in the 2026 Belt Buckle Challenge Series. You can punch up to Master Class on your karma game and have a great time with friends, all in support of what the kids and volunteers nicknamed "The Best Week of the Year!"

Camp Wapiyapi, a Colorado-based nonprofit, has been providing week-long summer camps to kids fighting cancer and their siblings since 1992, free to families. Originally called Camp Quality, the kids asked if they could pick a better name. They chose Camp Wapiyapi because Wapiyapi translates to 'healing' in Lakota. And then they nicknamed CW "The Best Week of the Year!" Team challenges, squirtgun fights, the high ropes course and swimming in the pool are just some of the activities kids can do when they're not busy making tie-dye shirts or telling stories around the campfire. And the only thing more popular than Dance Night is the annual Talent Show! Camp Wapiyapi lets kids be kids, which is really important when life throws a wrench in the works of a normal childhood. Thank you for supporting this wonderful program and the volunteer staff who make Wapiyapi possible!
