The winner may decline to accept the prize (aka the Golf Cart).
The Golf Cart is accepted in 'as is condition'.
Entries will only be accepted during the sweepstakes period, which ends 9/20/25
Prize cannot be exchanged for cash value. If the winner declines the prize, no other prize will be offered.
Winner will be randomly drawn and notified at the end of the sweepstakes period.
In the event a prize is refused or is unclaimed during the Sweepstakes Drawing on 9/20/25, a new name will be drawn and the winner contacted. The process will be repeated until the prize is accepted.
Prize valued at $8000 must be reported as taxable income, in accordance with IRS regulations.
Odds are determined by the number of entries and the subsequent Sweepstakes owners who are present at the drawing.
Each Sweepstakes ticket is owned solely by the person who earned it; tickets are not transferable in any way.
Belt Buckle Advisory Board Chair is ineligible.
Sweepstakes are void where prohibited.
In cases in which the sweepstakes prize is donated,
The winner may be subject to any special requirements by the donor of the prize
The prize is non-transferable
The donor’s employees and their immediate family are not eligible to win.
The winner agrees to participate in the promotion of the event or gift won as a prize; including, but not limited to, the use of his or her name, photograph or likeness.
The winner must be 18 years of age or over on 9/20/25.
The Belt Buckle Challenge Series, Inc and Camp Wapiyapi assume no responsibility for any property loss, damage, or personal injury resulting from any prize won.
Results of the drawing are final--there are no substitutions or exchanges or cash redemption allowed.
The Belt Buckle Challenge and Camp Wapiyapi are not responsible for entries that are not received due to lost Sweepstakes entry tickets.
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States only.
Sweepstakes winner must sign a Sweepstakes Waiver to be eligible to win the Golf Cart.
These rules have been made by the Belt Buckle Challenge Advisory Board in a good faith attempt to comply with Colorado Gaming Law, and as such are subject to change in any way that increases compliance to same at the discretion of said Board.
